Resources are limited for international students who want to study in the United States. About half of the international graduate students studying in the United States are paying for their education entirely with their own funds or that of their family.
Searching for Funds for International Study

Private Loans
Private loans are an option for international students. Private loans have varying terms and conditions, but generally, international students need to have a US citizen or permanent resident cosigner to obtain these loans. We offer these financial institutions as options for you to investigate. Please do not agree to any loan until you have a full understanding of your responsibilities.
Federal Loans
Most citizens of the United States normally take advantage of the U.S. government loan programs. However, these loans are available only to U.S. citizens and to permanent residents of the United States.
Fielding Research Grants
We encourage our current international students to get involved in the ongoing research at Fielding by submitting your application for a competitively awarded Fielding Research Grant. Additionally, Fielding's Office of Research is happy to assist any student who is searching for an external research grant.
Fielding Scholarships
Most of the scholarships offered by Fielding Graduate University are available to international students. There are scholarships awarded by each school at Fielding.
