Deadline
The registration deadline is Monday, April 28, 5:00 p.m. PDT.

Fee
The registration fee for Neuropsychology Concentration 2008 is a flat fee of $100.00. Registrations will be processed as of the date full payment is received. E-mailed registrations must have VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express numbers included.

Cancellation Notice
There are no refunds after the April 28th registration deadline.

Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 5 business days of submitting your registration form. Please check your confirmation e-mail carefully as soon as you receive it. If you have questions or if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within this time period, please contact Michael Padden-Rubin at
mpadden-rubin@fielding.edu. Registrations will be processed as of the date full payment is received.

Disaster Policy
Fielding Graduate University will not reimburse any expenses resulting from non-adherence to established deadlines set by the institution. In addition, Fielding Graduate University will not be held liable for any incurred costs related to cancellation or rescheduling of an event due to unforeseeable incidents including but not limited to: catastrophic events, natural disasters, death or illness of involved principles or other circumstances beyond the direct control of Fielding Graduate University.
