Welcome Students to Summer Session 2008

We hope you have a wonderful time in Kansas City. We have a great week for you filled with seminars, workshops, and special events.

Here are some highlights of the special events for the week:

Monday evening from 7 - 9 p.m. we will have the Welcome Reception.
Make sure to check out “Our Sisters Place” or “Our Brothers Place” beginning at 7 p.m. on Tuesday evening.
On Wednesday evening at 8 p.m., come and help us celebrate the Fielding careers of Matt Hamabata, Linda Lewis and Barnett Pearce. Let’s send them off with a round of cheers, some heartfelt words and maybe a song or two.
Fielding Alumni Network (FAN) gathers from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, for a “Mingle & Meet” with peers and new graduates.
Thursday evening will spotlight a guest presentation at 7 p.m. by Dr. Gene Cohen who will be speaking on The Mature Mind: Creative Potential and Psychological Growth in the Second Half of Life
At Saturday’s community meeting we welcome the graduating students into the HOD community.
