Academic Seminars address academic issues, theoretical discussions and topics that are directly concerned with academic studies.

Professional Practice Workshops integrate the development of professional practice competencies with scholarship and theory, reflexivity and understandings of the many Cultures of Practice.

Research & Inquiry Seminars focus on all aspects of research and inquiry, including improving competencies in methodology, design and analysis, as well as addressing theory, epistemology and ontology. We discuss specific research topics and areas of interest.

Foundational Learning Sessions help develop scholarly skills and doctoral competencies such as writing and critical thinking. In Concept Development Workshops (CDW) and Proposal Development Workshops (PDW), you can discuss your dissertation concept and proposal with a small group of students and faculty.

Special Sessions include community meetings, forums and special meetings.
