Session Attendance Fee Information
Registrations will be processed as of the date full payment is received. E-mailed registrations must have VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express numbers included.
The session attendance fee is a flat fee of $295 for all - which includes coffee breaks, opening reception and graduation reception.

Guest Fees
Guests may register for the session and attend most seminars as well as all open events. These include community meetings, final oral reviews, guest speaker presentations and alumni events. Please note that guests must check with faculty onsite to register for individual seminars as students have priority.

Late Registration Fees
You may register after the deadline for the session but not for individual seminars. However, you must go through an appeals process and pay a late registration fee of $100.

Final Oral Review/Graduating ONLY
All FOR students and students planning on walking in the Graduation ceremony need to complete a Graduation Questionnaire, by the registration deadline, even if you are not registering for seminars.

Audio Visual Fees
Audio visual requests should be directed to Candace Lopez (clopez@fielding.edu) by the registration deadline, May 2, 2008. There will be no charge for equipment ordered by the deadline. After the deadline, please make requests directly with the hotel. Note that you will be personally responsible to pay any charges for orders or changes made after May 2, 2008

Note: Fielding does not rent Camcorders, Laptops or Video projectors (aka: LCD – For Power Point Presentations) due to the high rental costs. Individuals can rent this equipment through the hotel or bring their own. All rooms come with a flip chart and markers.
