Session Attendance Fee Information
Registrations will be processed as of the date full payment is received. E-mailed registrations must have VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express numbers included.

The Clinical Session attendance fee, which includes coffee breaks, is a flat fee of $160.00 for all. If you are attending both the Clinical Session and the Research Session, the fee for both Sessions is $315.00.

Guest Fees
Guests may register for the Session and attend most labs/seminars as well as all open events. These include community meetings, final oral reviews, and guest speaker presentations. Please note that guests must check with faculty on-site to register for individual seminars as students have priority.

Late Registration Fee
You may register after the deadline for the Session, but not for individual seminars. However, you must go through an appeals process and pay a late registration fee of $100.00 in addition to the Session attendance fee.

Audio Visual Fees
Audio visual requests should be directed to Candace Lopez (clopez@fielding.edu) by the registration deadline, September 15, 2008. There will be no charge for equipment ordered by the deadline. After the deadline, please make requests directly with the hotel. Note that you will be personally responsible to pay any charges for orders or changes made after September15, 2008

Note: Fielding does not rent camcorders, laptops, or video projectors (aka LCD for Power Point presentations) due to the high rental costs. Individuals can rent this equipment through the hotel or bring their own. All meeting rooms are equipped with a flip chart and markers.
