A scholar-practitioner can adapt the rigor of scholarship and the wisdom of practice and even personal experience to craft testimony, engage in oral storytelling and more.  Fielding faculty member Connie Corley, MSW, MA, PhD, teaches in the School of Leadership Studies, and is chair of the Creative Longevity and Wisdom Concentration.  She will share resources and examples of personal voice with a focus on advocating on Capitol Hill, fresh from the 2017 Alzheimer’s Advocacy Forum. Please join us for this interactive session with students, alumni, and faculty.
