Julie Benesh is an interdisciplinary practitioner-scholar who loves developing organizational leaders, talent, systems and teams to support culture change and associated financial turnaround, infrastructure transformation, customer satisfaction and employee engagement. As a learning designer, facilitator, presenter, intervener and team-builder, she helps leaders and contributors to imagine and collaborate more effectively to achieve enhanced strategic outcomes. She has served on the boards of several professional associations (currently OD Network/Chicago); presented at international conferences, including the Association for Psychological Type; and has studied with numerous thought leaders including Meg Wheatley, Edgar Schein, Marvin Weisbord, Christopher Worley and Harrison Owen. Juanita Brown, PhD

Juanita Brown, PhD, the co-originator of the World Café and founder of Whole Systems Associates, collaborates with senior leaders across sectors in crafting large-scale change strategies and creating innovative forums for strategic dialogue on critical business and societal issues. For over 40 years, Juanita has worked with a wide variety of clients in the United States, Latin America, Europe and the Pacific Rim. She has served as a senior affiliate with the MIT Center for Organizational Learning, as a research affiliate with the Institute for the Future and as a fellow at both the World Business Academy and The Fielding Institute for Social Innovation. Juanita is the co-author of the award-winning book The World Café: Shaping our Futures Through Conversations that Matter and a contributing author to Story Bridge: From Alienation to Community Action. Her lifelong passion has been creating architectures of engagement that use conversation as a core systemic process for enlivening catalytic change efforts at every level of scale. As an OD “elderella” Juanita is now exploring the question, “How can we partner across generations to use our unique contributions as we become ‘wiser together’ on behalf of life-affirming futures for our organizations, our communities and our planet?”
Joe Foran came to OD/TD and coaching from a career as an executive and consultant in business, government, and non-profits. He focuses on building collaborative skills, process skills and common purpose in teams – particularly multi-organizational teams. Another principal focus is leadership and personal awareness and effectiveness in managers and executives. His clients include multinationals in consumer power, transportation and logistics, and personal care, plus scientists, engineers, attorneys, and managers in federal agencies and engineering firms. Clients value his leadership experience, scientific and technical understanding, and broad and deep OD/TD skillset. Certified in multiple assessments (MBTI, DiSC, SDI and Eckerd CDP/EMP), he is also an MBTI Master Practitioner and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). He holds a master’s degree in organization and management development (Fielding Graduate University). He is currently senior consultant with the international OD consultancy Coverdale and The Management Edge, Inc., an OD firm focused on government agencies.
Marc Hanlan, PhD

Marc has been supporting group transformations for more than 35 years in a wide range of public and private organizations, from the 82,000-user United States Navy ERP to the operational transformation of thousands of field service workers at Exelon to the creation of self-managed factories at General Electric. He has worked with more than 150 high-performance teams achieving ’breakthrough’ results in profitability, quality of service and sustainability while increasing quality of work life. Marc’s work has been recognized by the United States Navy, a PBS special and GE Global Best Practices. He has taught Organizational Development for 15 years at the graduate level at Penn State and PCOM. Marc is the author of a textbook on breakthrough change and is the holder of patents covering material processing and controls. He holds a PhD in organizational development and change from Fielding Graduate University. Marc has deliberately flown planes upside-down, measured Earth-Moon orbits for the United States Air Force, designed part of the International Space Station, and started numerous companies along the way. He is a proud father of three and grandfather of four.

Lori Nemeth, PhD

Lori has a 30-year career in employee and organization development. In her current role leading an organizational development department in a college, she developed the OD function from a one-person unit focused mainly on faculty development to a work team impacting development and change at the levels of individuals, groups and the organization. Prior to the work at the college, Lori worked in teaching hospitals to deliver development programs for physician leaders and improve working relationships between the hospitals and physicians. For a significant part of her career, Lori held several positions in employee learning and development in banking. Lori holds a PhD from Fielding Graduate University in human and organizational systems, an honors business degree, a Bachelor of Education, and a Master of Education from Western University in Canada.
Leni Wildflower, PhD, PCC

Leni Wildflower is an executive coach, consultant, author and educator working in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, China and Latin America. She has taught at Fielding Graduate University in the Master’s Program in Organizational Management and Design (OMOD). She designed Fielding’s Evidence-Based Coaching Education and Training Program, directing it from 2004 to 2009.Currently, she delivers an ICF accredited program, Knowledge-Based Coaching in the Workplace, to corporate clients, including Sony PlayStation, WhiteWave Foods, Getty Images, Whirlpool International and Prudential Life Insurance Company. Leni co-edited The Handbook of Knowledge-Based Coaching: From Theory to Practice (John Wiley and Sons, 2011), which is now used in coaching schools throughout North America. She is also the author of The Hidden History of Coaching (McGraw Hill, 2013). Leni has certifications from William Bridges and Associates in change management, in immunity to change process, and in motivational interviewing. She is a qualified MBTI practitioner.
