This program will delineate and teach cutting edge techniques for working with normal and troubled families and their young children, in areas including:

• Perinatal Development: Working with Offspring of Depressed Mothers
• Culture and Infancy: Multicultural Aspects of Pregnancy, Child Birth & Infancy
• Clinical Case Studies in Infancy: Infants and their Families
• Mental Disorders of Infancy: History and Current Diagnostic Issues
• Neurodevelopmental Outcomes of High Risk Infants

The program will be conducted on Friday and Saturday, August 1 & 2, 2008, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day. Our guest speaker will be Glen P. Aylward, Ph.D., ABPP, on Friday evening from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Two continuing education credits (CEs) are available for the evening presentation, and five CEs are available for each day’s program. Participants may choose to register for Friday or Saturday, or for both days of the program.

Drs. Stephen Ruffins and Tiffany Field will present on Friday, and Drs. Debra Bendell and Regina Yando will present on Saturday.
