The Learning Plan is the student's map through the learning process.  It reflects student's previous academic accomplishments and competencies as well as their current personal, professional and academic goals and objectives.  The Learning Plan also includes a preliminary outline of an action-oriented research dissertation project that the student expects to pursue during the course of study.  The learning plan is a living document and is reviewed and updated on a regular basis collaboratively by the student and mentor.
