The EdD Learning Model is competency-based
and established with the adult learner in mind.
The learning is:

Areas - during their course of study students are required to
develop and demonstrate a set of doctoral level competencies. These
are based on the knowledge and skills necessary to become a scholar-practitioner
and are assessed throughout the program curriculum.
