Students are required to create a learning plan collaboratively with their mentor (faculty advisor).  Within the specific guidelines of the curriculum and graduation requirements, students negotiate the means by which they acquire the knowledge and develop the skills in their program of study.  This is done through a contracting process for each requirement.
