Bryon C. Noon is the Acting Director of the Fiscal and Data Management Division for the Bureau of Employment and Training Programs in Pennsylvania’s Department of Public Welfare (DPW). He has worked for DPW for over 12 years where he has designed employment and training programs for welfare-to-work participants and facilitated staff development seminars for government and private sector staff. Bryon was born and raised in Pennsylvania, where he attended the Pennsylvania State University for studies in Electrical Engineering and Communications.
