All applicants must have:

• A bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited* institution. (International transcripts must be translated and evaluated for four-year bachelor’s degree equivalency to a regionally accredited U.S. college or university).
• An overall undergraduate grade point average of 2.5 or more on a scale of 4.0.

In addition, applicants for the Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC) must have:

• Credential as a California Teacher.
• Passing result to the CBEST (California Basic Educational Skills Test).
