Three stand-alone graduate certificate programs that incorporate various aspects of the OMD curriculum are available.

The Certificate in Organization Management and Development (OMD) is designed for professionals who have advanced degrees in other fields and want to develop additional expertise, or for those professionals who are considering completing the full master’s degree, but wish to begin with Certificate coursework. Students in this Certificate program complete the application process for the master’s program and take regularly scheduled OMD courses along with other master’s students.

The Master’s Level Evidence Based Coaching Certificate is designed to develop additional professional skills that complement the OMD master’s degree. The coaching program is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) for participant certification.  Students can complete the certificate alone or concurrently with the master's degree program.

The Certificate in Integral Studies is designed for professionals who wish to learn and practice an integral approach to managing change in organizations. Integral Studies (IS) is based on the work of philosopher and prolific author, Ken Wilber. Students take three courses in integral theory and methodology. Students can complete the certificate alone or concurrently with the master's degree program. If concurrently, the student will receive a master’s in OMD with a concentration in IS.
