Fielding Graduate University offers graduate degrees within three schools: School of Psychology [back to top] The School of Psychology offers doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology and Media Psychology as well as a Masters in Media Psychology and Social Change. Postdoctoral certificates in Neuropsychology and Respecialization in Clinical Psychology are also offered. Fielding's Clinical Psychology Program offers a PhD for students who wish to become scholar-practitioner psychologists integrating theory, research and practice, and who want to further the science and profession of clinical psychology. The program is accredited by the American Psychological Association and meets the predoctoral requirements for license eligibility in most states. The Neuropsychology Certificate program draws on both research findings and theoretical models of brain behavior relationships from all neuroscience areas. This two-year program provides a broad foundation for understanding and interpreting test results and for developing intervention and rehabilitation plans. The Respecialization in Clinical Psychology Certificate program is for psychologists with PhD's in non-clinical specializations who desire certificates indicating they have completed the training needed to qualify as clinical psychologists. The School Neuropsychology Certificate program is designed for a post-Master's level school psychologist, practicing with school populations of neuropsychological relevance, who wish to gain special proficiency in neuropsychological assessment. School of Human and Organization Development [back to top] The School of Human and Organization Development (HOD) offers doctoral degrees in Human Development and Human and Organizational Systems, an online Master's degree in Organization Management and Development, graduate certificates and custom and corporate programs. These interdisciplinary programs support adult students in the study of human development and organizational processes. A networked learning environment creates a community of geographically dispersed and culturally diverse scholar-practitioners. Students interact with faculty and student colleagues, conduct research and participate in a vital electronic learning community. Human and Organization Development supports collaborative learning within the context of students' personal and professional lives. We believe that education is a lifelong process that engages the student as a whole person. HOD students are mid-career learners who are corporate managers, consultants, higher education faculty and administrators, public policy makers, organizational change experts and human resource, healthcare and information system professionals. School of Educational Leadership
& Change (ELC) [back to top] The programs enable teachers, community advocates and educational administrators to continue to work in their respective communities while simultaneously developing new leadership skills through postgraduate education. Courses help students strategically confront the complex realities and challenges facing schools and other organizations, always examining these educational challenges from a broad-based systems perspective.
